Service and Support Specialist

CRSI seeks a Service and Support Specialist to serve as a primary contact for members within the Community & Social Services department. In this nonprofit and social services-focused role, you will respond to member inquiries, provide guidance on CRSI technical resources, and support community outreach initiatives. You will track and resolve service requests, assist with educational and research programs, and collaborate across teams to improve member experience.
