All Fleet Inc is hiring a mobile diesel technician in Lima, OH to support fleet operators, over-the-road drivers, and local breakdowns along the I‑75 corridor. This is a strategic service zone connecting Toledo, Dayton, and central Ohio
, with strong freight traffic and consistent job flow.
- Earn $25–$50/hr with performance-based commission—your earning potential is in your hands
- Get paid weekly

- Company service truck to drive home—no commuting costs
- Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more
- Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
- Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
- Maintain detailed records of parts and services
- Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs
- Your own tools (not provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check
- Customer‑first attitude and professional demeanour
