Medical Courier; Independent Contractor

Hiring Immediately – Lima, Ohio

Accurate Courier Services is seeking independent contractor medical couriers for the Lima, Ohio area.

Cars, vans, or SUVs required.

Monday – Friday.

On‑demand and routed deliveries. Routes may change due to added or deleted stops per customer contract.

• Transport various parcel types including pharmaceuticals, medical instruments and supplies, mail, documents, and specimen types (room temperature, frozen, refrigerated).
• Follow confidentiality rules and regulations.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance declaration pages, and vehicle registration.
• Keep vehicle and phone in good working condition and have a reliable vehicle for contracted hours.
• Maintain a clean, well‑groomed appearance and proper hygiene.
• Remain drug‑free at all times.
• Pickup and deliver all parcels on time according to schedules.
• Maintain chain of custody using a manual manifest and/or scanner/mobile app.
• Report any issues or problems to dispatch or supervisor immediately.
• Wear provided uniforms and s during contracted work hours.
• Follow customer and company policies.
• Provide outstanding in‑person customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work in all weather conditions and be available to work late into the night (24/7, 365).
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment with walking and driving.
• Lift items up to 50 lbs.

• Minimum age 21.
• Professional driving experience preferred (couriers, delivery routes, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license 3+ years.
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Own vehicle with valid registration and auto insurance that meets company requirements.
• Pass background, health requirements, and drug screening.
