Warehouse Associate – Lima, OH

Our Warehouse team members receive materials in the warehouse, load trucks, process inventory, and occasionally make deliveries in the company pickup truck.

• Receive materials and process inventory.
• Load trucks with scheduled deliveries, ensuring proper securing and weight limits per DOT regulations.
• Make occasional deliveries in the company pickup truck.
• Pull orders for walk‑in customers.
• Verify loads for accuracy and secure them for delivery.
• Provide warehouse support including shipping and receiving.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including wearing safety harnesses and required equipment.
• Work Monday through Friday; overtime is available during the busy season.

• High School degree or GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work through a full shift.
• Must be able to continually lift 50–100 lbs. of material throughout the day; occasional lifts over 100 lbs. will be required.
• Forklift experience is desired.
• Good communication skills with co‑workers, vendors, and customers (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and team player.
