Guest Service Rep

Coho Oceanfront Lodge is seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for guests, you will help create a welcoming, smooth, and enjoyable stay from arrival through departure.

Part-time and full-time positions are available.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently using the property management system
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Provide information about the lodge, local attractions, and available services
• Manage reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and related updates
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to help resolve guest needs and support a positive guest experience
• Follow lodge policies, procedures, and service standards

• Previous front desk, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with property management systems is helpful
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional, and service-focused approach
• Schedule:shifts may include, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
