Deliver comprehensive Med Surg nursing care, including:

• Meticulous patient assessments
• Telemetry and wound care coordination
• Administration of medications and IV therapy
• Readiness for rapid response when needed

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans, set realistic recovery milestones, and educate patients and families on discharge plans, medications, and lifestyle adjustments.
