Registered Nurse - LDRP
Schedule:
Days ) with occasional weekends. One 12-hour call shift required per pay period.
Job Description:
The LDRP team provides comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered, medically safe environment. All sites are equipped for GYN surgical care, supported by a dedicated team of nurses and medical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns.
- Monitor fetal well-being and manage postpartum care.
- Engage in nursing practices related to triage, labor, delivery, and nursery stabilization.
- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure comprehensive care for high-risk neonates.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
- AHA ACLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
- Basic Fetal Monitoring skills are required; STABLE certification preferred.
- Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates is preferred.
