As a Supervisor, you will work in partnership with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works.

- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
- Perform leadership tasks delegated by the store manager, including acting as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
- Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
- Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives.
- Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
- Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
- Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
- Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
- Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
- Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain store appearance; physical activity is required, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders. Lift up to 50 pounds; consistently lift 10 pounds.
- Provide a safe, clean, and engaging customer experience.
- Maintain values, policies, and procedures.
- Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
- Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
- Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Strong communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
- Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
- Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
- Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
