American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes Floorsets and merchandising updates.
You will train and coach the Floorset team, focus on replenishment and guest experience, and keep the store inventory and presentation guest-ready, driving sales and a cohesive brand story.
This role requires flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
