We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and help lead daily operations on our 1st Shift. • Coordinate and deploy approximately 20 day-shift personnel across multiple production lines based on operational needs, staffing levels, and employee capabilities.
• Lead daily production activities to ensure production schedules and customer demands are met.
• Maintain a strong focus on food safety, product quality, GMP compliance, and employee safety.
• Manage and support a diverse workforce in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and performance.
• Consolidate production information and metrics into reports that provide management with a clear operational snapshot of the day's performance.
• Train employees on production processes, food safety practices, GMPs, and operational expectations.
• Review and audit employee paperwork and production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Learn equipment setup, changeovers, operation, and teardown procedures to support production needs and troubleshooting efforts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety programs, and food manufacturing best practices.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and workforce management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production demands.
• Strong communication and employee development skills.
• Attention to detail, particularly related to documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze production data and communicate performance results effectively.
