• Current and valid School Social Worker Certification (emergency or temporary licenses will not be considered)
• Previous experience in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to working with students and families from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to support students with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and social needs

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and participate in the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Serve as an advocate for students well-being and help connect families to relevant community resources
• Support crisis intervention as needed and contribute to a positive school climate
