The appropriate candidates will join our active sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services, which are provided in-house by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. The primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitor RUGS levels, and assist with billing.

Requirements for Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)

A valid New Jersey Therapist license and at least one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting are required. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related program
Availability on weekends is required
