Shift: Evening (3:00–11:30 p.m., 2 shifts / week, 16 hrs / week, every other weekend and some holidays)

Pay Range: $20.11 – $28.67 per hour (NJ)

RWJ Barnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for our Oncology Unit-10 Morris Cancer Center, in our New Brunswick Facility.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred

• Previous nursing assistant or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and nursing care such as vital sign monitoring, ECG, phlebotomy, bedside care (bathing, mouth care, skin care)
• Deliver patient care appropriate to the patient’s age based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria
• Ensure effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding patient status
• Participate in the collaboration of the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning
