US Pharma Lab Inc. is seeking a Dispensing Operator at multiple levels in New Brunswick, NJ. The role covers dispensing, receiving, put- away, batch logging, and shipment preparation in a controlled pharmaceutical environment.
Level 1 is a training position;
Level 2 requires 2+ years pharma dispensing experience;
Level 3 may lead teams, supervise, and coordinate with QA, R&D, and Production. Physical duties include lifting up to 55 lbs and PPE use.
