Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions of the Produce Department to achieve sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement goals.;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; promote and explain promotions.;
Lead onboarding, interviewing, selection, and training of Produce Department Associates; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the department; ensure compliance with HAACP, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.;
Monitor and maintain proper pricing, labeling, stocking, and display standards; ensure product quality and inventory control.
