- Plan and optimize sales calls while tracking activities using the CRM program
- Conduct regular in‑person visits to customers three to four days per week
- Occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in sales, preferably outside sales within the building materials or construction industries
- Eager to learn with a passion for providing solutions and achieving sales growth
- Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.
- Highly motivated and able to self‑direct while managing time and responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Previous experience working in the field with direct customer interactions
