We are seeking a "Hunter" with a proven track record of breaking into high-value referral networks. You will be the face of our restoration company, responsible for securing consistent project flow from insurance agents, property managers, and plumbing companies. This is not a "desk job"—it is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for someone who can build trust rapidly and close the deal.

Benefits include a base salary plus performance based commission structure with no cap, top performers in this industry typically earn between $97,000 and $200,000+ annually. Responsibilities include strategic prospecting, plumbing referral program, relationship management, the close, and accountability.

Skills and knowledge include strong verbal and written communications, strategic thinking and planning, CRM or lead tracking software, strong organizational skills, and exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office.

Personal characteristics include professional demeanor, personable, presentable, articulate, open, cooperative, enthusiastic, and self-directed with exceptional initiative.

Qualifications include 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in restoration, construction, or insurance, the "closer" mindset, industry knowledge, and exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
