Job Summary

Beyond Trash LLC is a Huntsville, Alabama waste management company serving businesses, restaurants, retail establishments, and other commercial customers through scheduled and on call waste collection, recycling programs, and dumpster services. The company also provides temporary roll off dumpster services for projects and events.

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and service information accurately
• Review records and documents for completeness and accuracy
• Organize digital and physical files and maintain orderly records
• Enter information related to waste collection, service requests, and scheduling
• Assist office staff with routine administrative and clerical tasks
• Retrieve information and prepare basic reports or records when requested
• Communicate with customers and team members when information needs clarification
• Protect confidential company and customer information while completing assigned work

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple routine tasks
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn company processes and systems
