Position: Inventory Analyst (3rd Shift)

Role Description

The Inventory Analyst (3rd Shift) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincoln, AL. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate inventory records within warehouse and production environments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting cycle counts, reviewing inventory reports, investigating variances, and coordinating with operations and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels. The Inventory Analyst will utilize data and analytical tools to identify trends, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help reduce inventory-related costs.

Additional responsibilities include preparing inventory documentation, participating in audits, and communicating findings and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications
  • Post-high school education (2 - 4-year degree in Operations Management), Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled proficiently in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong PC skills required with functional knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and QMF/SQL is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Inventory Control role or equivalent experience
  • High attention to detail and reliability with strong decision‑making ability under minimal guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organization and communication skills
  • Able to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Must be flexible to work different hours as needed by the department/business
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs intermittently
