Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Must be able to anticipate potential problems and apply solutions and preventative measures.
• Complete daily cycle counts, receipt adjustment, and support of Physical Inventory requirements.
• Achieve Daily production targets.
• Excellent attendance.
• Must be able to operate equipment Forklift and Tugger.
• Must be flexible to support extraordinary production requirements.
• Able to investigate abnormal situations and document findings utilizing Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and able to present information to a large group of associates.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Support and direct daily company production and projects.

Safety/Environment:

• Follow safety rules and requirements.
• Ensure work area is clean (5s at end of shift).

Quality:

• Maintain inventory accuracy daily.
• Report any inventory irregularities to supervisor immediately.

Cost:

• Ensure correct receipt of all parts in both GCCS and GPCS (SOX).

Delivery:

• Support overtime (scheduled or unscheduled).
• Monitor receiving areas to ensure correct receipt.

Morale:

• Interact with team members and customers daily in a positive way.
• Treat all associates consistently and respectfully.
• Raise concerns/issues immediately to management.

Training:

• Train on SOPs as presented by management.
• Skill advancement courses are available.

Qualifications/Experience/

Education:

• Post-high school education (2 - 4-year degree in Operations Management), Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Able to interact professionally within the company with our customer and associates.
• Able to lead project teams and present information to management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass Hair Follicle Testing and Badging Process through HMA.
• Computer skills
  - Microsoft Office; GCCS/GPCS.
• Successful completion of Microsoft Assessment Test will be required.

• Production Associate → Section Lead / Trainer → Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager.
• The potential candidate must be a full-time associate with a minimum of 3 months of service (Associate cannot be in their New Hire Probationary Period).
• The potential candidate must not have received any formal written occurrences other than attendance during the past 12 months.
• The potential candidate must not have more than 3.5 points during the time of posting. The associate must be eligible the day the posting comes down which is:
