The Safety Specialist applies scientific and practical safety knowledge to innovate, design, and improve systems, processes, and equipment, ensuring safety compliance aligned with operations and new models.
Key Responsibilities:Lead safety improvement projects, support safety culture development, interpret safety policies, perform risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and analyze safety data. Develop technical expertise and report safety activities effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields; 0-4 years safety experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills; knowledge of health and safety regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions:Open office and manufacturing environments, with possible overtime, shift work, and minimal travel. Flexibility to perform production tasks if needed.
