Key Responsibilities
* Answer radio calls regarding IT issues impacting manufacturing operations
* Document incidents by creating ITSM tickets
* Create timelines for incidents exceeding 10 minutes
* Install and support production software
* Replace and deploy production hardware
* Manage line support projects
* Perform crisis management and escalation when needed
What Will the Person Be Working On
* Provide IT support on the production floor to reduce downtime
* Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing systems and equipment
Wants
* Knowledge of incident ticketing systems
* A+ Certification
* Network+ certification
* Experience troubleshooting Windows 11
* Experience installing complex software
* Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
* Working knowledge of Linux Ubuntu
* Experience troubleshooting Zebra and Lexmark printers
* Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
