Position summary:

Perform activities in the Administrative/Finance area. These items may include but not limited to:
Payroll Timekeeping, Benefits Administration, New Hire Enrollment and Orientation. Compile and keep personnel records. Record data for each associate, such as address, weekly earnings, and absences. Prepare reports for Management using pivot tables, prepare employment record reports, and file employment records. Conduct training and development programs for associates. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

  • Prior experience in Dayforce/HRIS Programs is a Plus
  • Must be able and willing to work the night shift, weekends, and overtime (holidays and shutdowns)
  • Assist with the administration, development and training of company policies and procedures
  • Support special projects and programs as assigned
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work under strict deadlines and time constraints
  • Must have excellent attendance, good attitude, and be punctual, trustworthy
