You will play a critical role in driving sales by providing technical expertise, demonstrating product value, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate product value.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist in drafting proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or related role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
