The Electrician is responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks safely, including installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, testing, repairing, and installing in large commercial projects. Shift InformationOvernight Shift from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM on a 2-2-3 rotation & 2nd Shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Monday – Friday.
Compensation$26.00 – $30.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollar).

Responsibilities- Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains electrical systems, circuits and equipment.
- Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Advises management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Reads, interprets, and works from diagrams, blueprints, sketches, repair manuals, and schematics.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of National Electrical Codes.
- Possesses knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in electrical trade.
- Must be safety conscious and work safely within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work at various heights:
Comfortable working in elevated environments, including tasks at different heights for extended periods. - Ladder climbing:
Regularly climbs ladders of various sizes and types, safely ascending and descending. - Utilizes various lifts:
Proficient in operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other mechanical devices to reach higher areas. - Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 3-5 years commercial or industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skill in using hand and power tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
