Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing construction company in Lincoln. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced AR professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing customer accounts and receivables.

• Process and post customer payments accurately
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Monitor outstanding and past-due balances
• Review aging reports and follow up on account discrepancies
• Research and resolve payment or account issues
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and account balances as needed
• Reconcile accounts and ensure payments are properly applied
• Assist with month-end AR reporting and account reconciliation
• Maintain organized and accurate AR documentation

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
• Comfortable reviewing aging reports and monitoring past-due balances
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Construction industry or job-costing experience is a plus

This is not a heavy collections position. The primary focus is maintaining accurate accounts, processing receivables, monitoring balances, and following up on outstanding invoices rather than making frequent collection calls.
