Our Walters & Wolf Glass is currently seeking an individual to fill an Estimator role in our Lincoln, CA. location.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare all project documents for use by internal team.
• Utilize digital tools to create precise material takeoffs.
• Obtain pricing for materials and any subcontractor pricing required.
• Work closely with Senior Estimators to assign costs to all project materials and labor, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
• Participate in weekly preconstruction meetings to discuss any new project opportunities and review any projects you are working on.
• This position requires you to work from the office 100% of the time.

Requirements

Experience:

• Construction general knowledge or experience is preferred.

General Knowledge:

• Excellent command of the English language and ability to lead meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge within the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and PDF takeoff software.
