A leading tax services firm in Lincoln, California, is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by answering phones, greeting clients, and matching them with tax professionals. You will also be responsible for maintaining office organization and cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, be strong multi-taskers, and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00.
