Estimator​/Project Managter

Seeking an Associate Terra Cotta Estimator / Project Manager with AutoCAD experience. Estimate bids, prepare and issue estimates for Change Orders, and is responsible for the creation, analysis, implementation, and maintenance of project schedules & project costs. Prepare takeoffs & CAD drawings, review plans & specifications, and coordinate sales, drafting, production.

• AutoCAD required (3+ years of experience), Inventor experience a plus.
• 5+ years estimating & scheduling; construction or engineering background.
• Excel, Word, CAD skills needed; read specs and spot discrepancies.
• Visit job sites as required.
