Role Description

This is a full-time remote Loan Officer role. The Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating creditworthiness, preparing loan applications, and presenting loan options that suit clients' specific needs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, collaborating with different teams, and continuously maintaining knowledge of loan products and market trends to provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in mortgage loan origination, credit evaluation, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of loan products, financial regulations, and compliance standards
• Proficiency with loan processing software and general computer skills
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in sales, banking, or real estate is an asset
• Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer in applicable states is required
