Base annual compensation range: $84,150 - $98,175
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Procurement execution and supplier coordination
Typical Commodities- Hardware, standard aerospace parts, consumables
- Indirect goods and services
- Lower‑complexity production and operational materials
- Executes purchase orders and routine sourcing activities
- Solicits quotes and conducts bid evaluations
- Negotiates pricing and delivery within established guidelines
- Monitors supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance
- Maintains procurement records and audit compliance
- Supports internal customers and operational requirements
- May assist with planning and reviewing work of procurement specialists when appropriate
- Ensures material availability and supplier responsiveness
- Supports production schedules and operational efficiency
- Primarily focused on execution and supplier management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of Procurement, supply chain, or related experience required.
- Experience soliciting supplier quotations, evaluating bids, issuing purchase orders, and managing supplier performance.
- Ability to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms while supporting quality and operational objectives.

Unique SkillsAviation procurement experience preferred.
Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years Procurement, supply chain or related experience. Master's Degree may offset 2 years of experience.
Position PurposeUnder limited supervision, executes procurement activities for aerospace parts, materials, and services. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while supporting operational efficiency and supplier performance.
