We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. Meaningful work with a resident-focused team Position Summary The LVN/RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.

Essential Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and medication administration

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff

Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation

Carry out physician orders and coordinate resident care plans

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

Current, active California LVN or RN license in good standing

Current CPR certification

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with PCC preferred

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
