Welder – $30–$32/hr – Lincoln, CA

Join Sierra Pacific Industries as a Welder at their Lincoln, CA sawmill. This is a full-time opportunity for experienced stick welders to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented industrial environment with long‑term growth potential.

• Perform overhead, vertical, and stick welding
• Support repairs and new fabrication in the mill
• Read and interpret blueprints and verbal instructions
• Maintain clean welds and meet structural standards
• Operate cutting, welding, and machining tools
• Work in variable temperatures and fast‑paced conditions
• Help ensure continuous operation of sawmill equipment

• 1+ year stick welding experience (required)
• Proficiency in overhead and vertical welds (preferred)
• Weld test required
• Industrial or fabrication shop experience is a plus
• Welding certification a bonus, but not required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends
