The YMCA of Springfield is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead our before and after school program at an on-site location. You will oversee the site, program, staff, and participants, ensuring high-quality programming and safety.
You’ll communicate with parents daily, supervise curriculum delivery, and manage field trips and supplies while modeling YMCA core values. Hours are 7:00am - 8:00am Monday through Friday when school is in session for the year, with on-site leadership and daily
