Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the manufacturing and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic production environment. Our team is committed to enhancing workplace safety, optimizing processes, and driving cross‑functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence.

• Generate and maintain robust manufacturing processes and work instructions in alignment with established standards.
• Provide timely support in resolving manufacturing issues and contribute to problem resolution activities, including completion of non‑conformance reports.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process quality and efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to improve workflow, throughput, quality, and safety, actively engaging in all required meetings and efforts.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment working with hand‑assembly, mechanical fasteners, and related testing.
• Ability to generate and maintain process documentation, and support Lean/continuous improvement efforts.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and familiarity with problem‑solving methodologies in a production setting.
