Entry Level Assembler; 1st Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.80/hr, and the position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Hours:

3:30PM – Midnight.

• Set up, assemble, and repair as necessary
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
• Handle all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption

• Must stand up to 8 hours a day
• Requires hand speed and mental agility

• Must have a high school diploma/GED from an accredited association
• Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered; active‑Duty military service members are exempt

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
