Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Travel LPN to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, IL. The LPN delivers holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision across Illinois facilities.
Required:
IL LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of LPN experience in outpatient, hospital, or long-term care settings. Travel experience and ability to obtain security clearance are preferred.
