Licensure/Certification /Registry- Current RN license in the State of Illinois required.
- Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years hospital experience required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrates outstanding human relations & communication skills.
- Comfortable with change.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong, creative, and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates responsibility for own personal and professional growth.

$39.15 - $62.64 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
