Position Overview
The Accounting Intern will perform basic accounting functions coordinated with assigned projects as needed by the Accounting Manager. Exposure to a diverse and dynamic company and encouragement to improve accounting information systems.
Key Responsibilities- General ledger reconciliation.
- Fixed asset labeling.
- Forecasting and budget analysis.
- Assist in tracking and conducting independent internal audits of Sandhills Global's financial and accounting areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Paid at $20 per hour.
Internship DetailsInternships can start at any point during the semester, with new hires joining weekly. Pick a start date that works for you.
Requirements- In-office position; ability to commute to the local office when scheduled.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
