Payroll Tax Accountant

Paradigm Oral Surgery, part of Paradigm Oral Health, is seeking a Payroll Tax Accountant to own multi-state payroll tax compliance across our growing oral and maxillofacial surgery platform. In this role, you will prepare, file, and reconcile federal, state, and local payroll tax returns; manage registrations and notices; and ensure accurate withholding for clinicians and support teams nationwide. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Operations, bring rigor to tax processes, support audits and month-end close, and help design scalable, technology-enabled payroll tax solutions in a fast-growing, clinician-led environment.
