Senior Accounting Analyst – Work for a CFO who will rotate you through all areas of accounting

Elevate is partnering with a well-established, highly respected company in Nebraska to welcome a Senior Accounting Analyst to its Corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance “athlete” who will enjoy a dynamic blend of accounting, financial analysis, and involvement across multiple areas within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a newly created position intended to hire and groom the company’s future Controller.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including production, inventory, labor, and cost trends
• Partner with plant operations and leadership teams to support business performance initiatives
• Support inventory accounting, costing analysis, and reporting improvement projects
