JF Petroleum Group seeks a billing specialist to ensure accurate invoicing and timely billing in our ERP system. You will input invoices, resolve billing issues, and produce weekly reports on open items, while maintaining high attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently or in a team within an office environment. Prior ERP invoicing experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
