Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Title

Manages high-volume vendor invoices, purchase order (PO) processing, employee expense reports, and payment disbursements.

The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle.

Accounts payable, accounting

Quick learner, picks up on things, can help with projects, help with some analysis, day to day will be different each day, ability to jump into a project with little direction.

AP with more experience

Jack of all trades experience

Oracle experience is nice to have but can train

Excel- intermediate level, vlook ups, pivot tables

Basic customer skills, gets lot of calls about invoices for auctions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
