Company Description

Colliers is built on an enterprising spirit. What makes us different isn’t just what we do, it’s how we do it. Our people are passionate, take ownership, and always act with integrity for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We accelerate success by empowering bold thinking and driving exceptional results.

Job Description

We’re excited to offer two Junior Team Assistant opportunities within our Chadstone office (Office Leasing & Industrial). These roles are perfect for someone starting their corporate career and looking to grow within a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

As a Junior Team Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping each team running smoothly—assisting with campaigns, organising meetings, managing basic financial processes, and helping ensure great client experiences. If you’re organised, eager to learn, and love being the dependable person behind the scenes, these roles are for you.

Across both positions, you’ll support day‑to‑day team operations, including:

  • Preparing well‑presented property reports, submissions, contracts, and general correspondence.
  • Assisting with campaign and marketing materials using tools such as Canva, InDesign, and PowerPoint, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Scheduling meetings and events, managing calendars, and supporting internal and external communications.
  • Helping with billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and other basic financial tasks.
  • Keeping SharePoint libraries, templates, and team documents up to date.
  • Looking for simple ways to improve processes and help the team work more efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Confident communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or InDesign is a bonus but not required.
  • A proactive, “can‑do” mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential—property industry exposure is a plus.
