As a Conference Services Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, meetings, and related events. You will work as part of the Conference Services team to deliver seamless event experiences and provide exceptional service to members and attendees.
Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to)- Support event planning and operational logistics, including preparing, organizing, and producing event materials and resources.
- Assist with attendee management, such as registration processes, communications, and onsite check‑in.
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and other partners to support room blocks, service orders, and event needs.
- Manage the packing, shipping, tracking, and return of event materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Help maintain inventory of conference supplies, equipment, and collateral.
- Travel to events as needed to provide onsite support and ensure a high‑quality attendee experience.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations and evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Cvent and Salesforce knowledge a plus but not required
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- 2+ years' experience in an integral administrative and/or conference event planning business‑driven role
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $81,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
