Testing Assistant Coordinator (Located in Lincoln, NE; Part-Time)

Position SummaryLocation:
Lincoln, NE
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide office support to students and faculty with accommodation testing, including, but not limited to, test proctoring, coordinating testing schedules and rooms, data collection, and other related administrative tasks on the Lincoln campus.
Required Qualifications- High School education or equivalent
- 2 years of office support experience
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency
Skills and Abilities
- Well organized and efficient in time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external constituents.
- Demonstrate excellent oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self‑directed, exercise strong independent judgement, and function with minimal supervision while administering technology‑related programs. Ability to work independently as well as effectively in teams.
- Autonomous in initiating desired work product.
- Ability to articulate ideas and communicate with various community members and project members.
- Ability to develop and monitor widely varying details of technology‑related programs.
- Must maintain and respect confidentiality of information.
- Interpersonal skills that support an environment of respect, transparency, and sense of belonging.
- Working knowledge of applicable university policies and procedures and CON policies and procedures in student services settings.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours when needed. Typical working hours will be between 8 am – 5 pm, with some earlier morning and evening hours as needed.
