ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With four years in business and 18 years of experience with State Farm, I lead a small but growing team that currently includes two others, and we’re looking to expand to 4-5 team members. Our perks include a 401k, short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and sick leave, with plans to add health insurance by the year’s end. ROLE

Jennifer Ulrich
- State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist
- State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
