Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location:

We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Responsibilities include:

Answer phone and route calls as appropriate

Greet and announce visitors

Reserve rental cars, hotel rooms, and book airline tickets

Process UPS shipments

Process incoming and outgoing mail Document scanning

Maintain office supplies

Maintain sign-out log for employees, vehicles, and conference rooms

Maintain supplies for meetings

Coordinate/order snacks and meals for meetings

Coordinate meetings with product reps Conference room maintenance

Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required

Run errands

Assist the accounting team as requested

Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year equivalent experience.

High School diploma required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask.

Work collectively with administrative support staff and be customer service-driven.
