** Position Summary
** The IFP Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) program. This position serves as the primary point of contact for referrals, case coordination, documentation oversight, and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery. The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Clinical Director and program staff to maintain program compliance, support staff in navigating day-to-day needs, and facilitate communication with referral sources and community partners.
This position does not provide clinical supervision but plays a vital role in supporting staff and ensuring the program operates effectively.
** Essential Responsibilities
**** Program Coordination
*** Coordinate all incoming referrals and assign cases in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
* Monitor caseload capacity and assist with workload balancing.
* Serve as the primary operational contact for the IFP program.
* Coordinate program schedules, staffing needs, and coverage.
** Documentation & Compliance
*** Track required assessments, treatment plans, authorizations, and other program deadlines.
* Maintain reports related to productivity, referrals, admissions, and discharges.
* Assist with quality improvement initiatives.
** Staff Support
*** Provide day-to-day support to IFP staff regarding program procedures, documentation questions, scheduling, and resource needs.
* Assist staff in navigating agency procedures and operational barriers.
* Provide after-hours/on-call operational support as assigned.
* Communicate urgent operational concerns to the Clinical Director.
** Referral & Community Collaboration
*** Receive and process referrals from DHHS, Juvenile Probation, and other referral sources.
* Maintain positive working relationships with community partners.
* Coordinate intake scheduling and ensure timely program admission.
* Assist with communication regarding service availability and program capacity.
** Administrative Responsibilities
*** Track program data and prepare reports as requested.
* Maintain organized program records.
* Assist with onboarding and orientation of new IFP staff regarding program processes.
* Participate in program meetings
** Additional Duties
*** Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the IFP program and agency.
* May provide administrative support to the outpatient clinic or other agency programs as needed and deemed appropriate by agency leadership.
** Work Environment and Benefits
*** Primarily in-office business hours Monday-Friday
* Salary range $45,000-$50,000 yearly
* Benefits beginning on 1st of the month after 30 days of employment

** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years' experience working with high-risk children and families.
* Knowledge of child welfare, juvenile justice, and family systems.
* Experience working with families involved with DHHS and/or Juvenile Probation preferred.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
** Preferred Skills
*** Strong understanding of Nebraska DHHS and Juvenile Probation systems.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
* Ability to prioritize competing demands.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
