As the Student Services Manager you will:
* Ensure the continuity of the business operations of the front desks.
* Analyze complex situations and independently determine how a policy should be applied that may impact a student's experience.
* Recruit, hire, and train student employees in an ongoing basis, managing various schedules, maintaining payroll processes, and supervising the student staff that work in a 24-hour front desk operation serving the campus community.
The 24-hour nature of campus life, specifically within the residence halls, means that holiday, night and weekend commitments are necessary s is a position that involves a great deal of time moving between several managed locations and a comfort with creating casual conversations to make the best experience for our staff and the constituencies they serve.
